Quantities are priced with current zip-code-based material rates and crew-based labor productivity. Then the full package passes a structured pre-release review.
You receive a bid-ready estimate in Excel or PDF, in our template or yours, with line-item descriptions and marked-up plans. Revisions for addenda follow the terms confirmed in your quote.
